These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and Privacy Policy together govern access to and use of all services offered by LCIN Private Limited ("LCIN", "Learners' Club", "we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to:

LC Live — live/in-person and instructor-led classroom coaching for competitive exams (JEE, NEET, CUET, NEST, IISER, board exams) and related research programs;

LC Online Platform — our website, learning management system, dashboards, assessments, and digital content delivery;

Learners' Club (Student Community) — the community platform/forum, newsletter, events (e.g. ResearchAthon), and peer-interaction spaces;
collectively, the "Services."

By registering for, accessing, or using any LCIN Service, you ("User," "Student," "Parent/Guardian," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and this Privacy Policy. If you are a minor (under 18 years of age), your parent or legal guardian must read and accept these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your compliance with them, even where you interact with the Services directly.

Terms and Conditions
1. About LCIN
LCIN Private Limited is a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 2B/304, Siddhachal Phase VI, Off. Pokhran Road 2, Thane(W) - 400610, having Corporate Identification Number (CIN): U85499MH2025PTC464056. LCIN provides educational coaching, digital learning tools, research mentorship programs, and a student community for competitive examination preparation in India.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
2.1 The Services are intended for students preparing for JEE, NEET, CUET, NEST, IISER, board examinations, and related research programs, spanning school and undergraduate levels. Some Users may be minors under applicable Indian law (under 18 years of age).
2.2 Where a User is a minor, LCIN may collect information directly from the minor in the course of providing the Services (e.g., assessment responses, learning activity, community posts), as described in our Privacy Policy. Parents/guardians are responsible for reviewing their child's use of the Services and may contact us at any time to review, correct, or request deletion of their child's data.
2.3 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2.4 LCIN reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to any Service at its discretion, including for violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or non-payment of fees.
3. Description of Services
3.1 LC Live. In-person/live instructor-led coaching, doubt-clearing sessions, test series, and classroom-based programs, delivered at designated centres or via live online sessions, subject to the specific course/batch terms communicated at enrolment.
3.2 LC Online Platform. Access to recorded lectures, practice tests, performance dashboards, learning roadmaps, cognitive/diagnostic assessments, and related digital tools. Platform access is provided on a subscription, batch-validity, or pay-per-course basis as specified at the time of purchase.
3.3 Learners' Club (Student Community). A community space including forums, newsletters, and events (such as ResearchAthon) intended to foster peer learning, research exposure, and academic discussion. Community conduct rules are set out in Section 7.
3.4 LCIN may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services, or introduce new features, at its discretion, with reasonable notice where the change materially affects active enrolments.
4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
4.1 Fees for LC Live, LC Online Platform subscriptions, courses, or events will be communicated at the time of enrolment/purchase and are payable through the payment gateway(s) integrated with our website/platform or through other modes specified by LCIN.
4.2 All online payments are processed through third-party, RBI-authorised payment gateway providers. LCIN does not store your full card, net-banking, or UPI credentials; these are handled directly by the payment gateway in accordance with its own security and privacy practices.
4.3 Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except as expressly stated in a course/batch-specific refund policy communicated at enrolment, or as required under applicable consumer protection law.
4.4 LCIN may revise fees for new enrolments at any time; revisions will not affect fees already paid for an active enrolment period.
4.5 In case of payment failure, double-charge, or disputed transaction, Users should contact LCIN support along with the payment gateway transaction reference within a reasonable time for resolution.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All course content, study material, test papers, recorded lectures, software, dashboards, branding, and other content made available through the Services ("LCIN Content") are the intellectual property of LCIN or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access LCIN Content solely for personal, non-commercial educational use during the validity of their enrolment/subscription.
5.3 Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, resell, or create derivative works from LCIN Content, or share login credentials/access with third parties, without LCIN's prior written consent.
5.4 Content submitted by Users to the community platform (posts, comments, research submissions) remains owned by the User, but the User grants LCIN a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute such content within the Services and in LCIN's promotional or academic materials (e.g., newsletter features, publications), with attribution where appropriate.
6. Research Programs
6.1 Where Users participate in bioinformatics or other research mentorship programs supervised by LCIN faculty/mentors, any resulting research output, data analysis, or publication will be subject to a separate research participation agreement specifying authorship, data ownership, and publication terms, to be provided at the start of such program.
6.2 Nothing in these Terms should be construed as a guarantee of publication, research outcome, or academic credit.
7. Community Conduct
7.1 Users of the Learners' Club community agree not to: post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harassing content; impersonate others; share another student's personal information without consent; spam or solicit commercially without authorisation; or attempt to circumvent platform security.
7.2 LCIN reserves the right to moderate, remove content, and suspend or terminate community access for violation of these conduct rules, at its sole discretion.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1 LCIN strives to provide high-quality educational content but does not guarantee specific examination results, ranks, or admission outcomes. Past results of other students are not indicative of individual future performance.
8.2 The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LCIN does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the LC Online Platform and is not liable for outages, technical failures, or data loss caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
8.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, LCIN's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the User for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve (12) months.
8.4 LCIN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of academic opportunity, arising from use of the Services.
9. Termination
9.1 Users may discontinue use of the Services at any time; this does not entitle the User to a refund of fees already paid, except as provided under Section 4.3.
9.2 LCIN may suspend or terminate access immediately, without refund, in cases of breach of these Terms, fraudulent payment, or conduct harmful to other Users or LCIN's reputation.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 10.2, courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
10.2 LCIN encourages Users to first raise concerns with our Grievance Officer for amicable resolution before pursuing other remedies. Where applicable, disputes may also be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Mumbai.
11. Changes to These Terms
LCIN may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the platform, email, or community channels. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
