At Learners' Club, Personalized Learning manifests in how we measure a learner's capabilities, their conceptual understanding, and preparing them for the learning goals they have in mind. Our work spans students, parents, teachers, schools and colleges.
Learning Audits
Each Learning Audit involves a cognitive analysis and an aptitude test. We want to know how a learner understands concepts, how one applies knowledge in real-life scenarios, and how strong one's critical thinking is.
Learners give an online test. We analyze their responses, and prepare a Learning Report.
Each grade and each subject combination has a distinct learning audit format that we work with.
Learning Reports and Plans
The analyses from each Learning Audit is presented to students, parents, and teachers in the form of a Learning Report. Here, we detail Knowledge Recall, Working Memory, and Fluid Reasoning as the cognitive parameters.
More importantly, we calibrate each learner's abilities to their confidence levels to create a better picture of the learner's learning styles.
The report lists the interpretation of this data so that students, parents AND teachers can use that data effectively.
A Learning Report leads to a Learning Plan, where we map the journey from where they are to where they want to be. We look at each of those journeys in four tracks: Concept Clarity, Competitive Exam Preparation, College Preparation, and Entrepreneurship.
Learning Programs @ LC Live Online
LC Live Online is our premier institution for learning, creating, innovating, and improving. Taking information from your Learning Reports and Plans, we provide signature Learning Programs for Grades 9 to 12.
We cover Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics for school exams and other competitive exams like JEE, NEET, CUET, IAT, NEST and more.
Career Counselling and Exposure Workshops
Students need exposure and regular updates of the changes happening in the professional world. We conduct regular exposure sessions for students to get hands-on experience with up-and-coming fields, get upskilled, and build strong connections.
We also guide students to plan for specific career options by building their basics, getting them connected to experts in their fields, and preparing for an educational pathway to achieve that goal.
Research Projects and Entrepreneurship
To give our learners a skill-based, hands-on experience learning their concepts, we run year-long research projects that students can join in. Students will prepare experiments, record observations, write research papers, and work on publishing them in reputed journals.
We also encourage our students to take up entrepreneurship ventures. We teach them how to conduct market research, how to prepare the right offer, how to pitch to clients, and how to scale a venture. Why? Because that is exactly what we have done till now.
